Please contact us and be prepared to email us photo(s) of the damage. You may also email photo(s) to the address included on your received invoice along with contact information.

If your product purchase does not meet your expectations (for any reason) return your item(s) within 30 days of purchase, and you will receive a refund on the merchandise purchase price minus a 15% restocking fee + $14.99 for initial shipping costs.
